This hotel includes a public licensed bar and restaurant on the ground floor, a hotel gym, meeting rooms, associated ancillary accommodation, and an internal courtyard at the first-floor level.

Ventilux supplied self-contained luminaries to all areas. Multilux Blade Exit Signage, Optics, and Optilens were chosen for their modern-day look to blend in with the contemporary and streamlined aspect of the hotel.
